1. In the Bookings menu go to Booking Records.

2. Click on the filter button and change the Status dropdown to Cancelled.

3. Adjust anything else in the filter that will narrow your search (e.g. the range of dates, the booker etc).

4. When the page refreshes, it will list just the cancelled bookings.

5. Click on the More link at the end of an entry that you're interested in.

6. At the bottom of the new page it will show who cancelled the booking, when it was cancelled, and why.

7. Click Return and select the next booking.
